Water views from the living areas with spectacular sunsets!This quiet property boasts amenities that includes boat slips (first come first serve), Covered waterfront decks, pergolas, and a BBQ area, a fish cleaning station, a hot tub, and a pool within a secluded courtyard. Ample parking for residents. Condo has been completely updated; paint, flooring, countertops, backsplash, furniture, household goods and decor. You can hit the ground running when it comes turn-key - luxury decor has a bright, sophisticated, coastal vibe. This boutique complex is one block from the beach. Meticulously maintained inside and out.

Great place close to the beach

My sister and niece and I loved this adorable place. It was so clean and comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking! We were right next to the pool which was so convenient! And we loved the hot tub and outdoor shower to rinse off!!

Great beach getaway

We loved this pace and will definitely stay here again. The condo is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The pool and hot tub are just steps from the door. Great view from living room. The owner was very responsive when we had problems using the tv. The condo was very clean.
