Great Condo minor repairs needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the property and loved the distance to the beach. The only thing that was broke was our washer, the seal on the door was broken. Would recommend this Condo to everyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Only drawback is condo numbering system. Several times people thought we were in the unit they rented. You should give renters a map of the complex highlighting the condo they rented when you send the door code at check-in.

I would definitely recommend Padre Escapes . We will also use Padre Escapes in the future again .

Happy Escape!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first rental was in need of deep cleaning, a second exterminator visit...cockroaches everywhere, furniture was not at all fit to sit on for more than a minute...called P.Escapes on Friday evening and you returned my call Saturday saying offices were closed till Monday. We were told on Monday we could move to a condo at Village by the beach. So we moved there after a quick inspection. It was clean, only bugs or insects we saw were the little gnats that were plaguing everyone’s space. The living area furniture was horribly uncomfortable but bed was fine. The sink in the downstairs bathroom leaks but we didn’t figure that out until things stored there soaked up water🤢Upstairs was lovely but we didn’t use it due to 19 steps up and we are beyond that on a daily basis.Only working tv was in living area as well as upstairs.Tech person said tthe downstairs bedroom’s tv needed a different remote. That need still exists. This just was not at all the way our first two years went with Padre Escapes. Very sad. People in complex were kind, friendly and quiet, too!🙂
