Drip and Keurig coffee makers (coffee & sweetener provided).
Blender and toaster oven.
Full set of pots, pans, and dishes for indoor and outdoor dining.

Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed to park in our driveway, no parking along street, in areas marked in red or other home driveways in keeping with Port Aransas ordinance. Contact prior to arrival if you would like to park a boat trailer at our home.

**Minimum age of 25 to rent for all adult guests, ID required for primary renter who will be on site during the entire stay to verify age and signed contract prior to receiving check-in instructions & door code.**
