Listen to the ocean while taking in the sea breeze from the large decks of this spacious 4BR home, buffered by a tranquil pond where children can enjoy catch and release fishing. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach by way of the boardwalk or cool off in the shared pool just across the street (open until 10 pm). For those that cannot access stairs, this home has an elevator serving all three floors.
The first floor of Scooby Dunes consists of a master bedroom (BR1) with 2 Twin beds, Roku TV and private access to the patio and backyard. The second floor is the heart of the home, made up of the kitchen, dining and large living area complete with a large sectional with chaise, two accent chairs, Smart TV and quiet balconies accessed by the back glass doors, perfect area for relaxing with your morning coffee on the teak table and chairs. The full kitchen is equipped with sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a toaster oven, both drip and pod coffee makers, a frozen drink machine, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for eight and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. This floor also holds two bedrooms. The first bedroom (BR2) is made up of 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds, a bean bag chair, great for reading books, Roku TV and floor space to stretch out and play. The other guest bedroom (BR3) contains a Queen bed and TV. This floor shares a hallway bathroom featuring a vanity with ample counter space and a tiled tub/shower. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the utility room for your convenience during your stay. Venture up to the third-floor master bedroom (BR4) equipped with a King size bed, Roku TV, 2 private decks and an ensuite bathroom that includes double vanities, a soaking tub and a resort-style shower with 3 separate showerheads. There is room for one vehicle in the garage and three vehicles in the driveway, no parking in the road.
