Weekend at the Shore to please

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 (plus our cavalier) stayed in this home. Loved that it was fenced in so pup could go out as well as the kids. House was clean and very well stocked. Including sound machines!! Great temperature control for sleeping with it cool. The only issue was in the queen bedroom the landscaping light shines right in window regardless of way blinds turned so sleep mask is a must. Still rate home 5/5 because it was a great property

Great Summer House For The Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Summer House for the Family! The beach was close. The kitchen was well stocked with a large quantity of quality cookware. The house was clean, cool and quiet after a long day at the beach. The bed rooms were quiet with comfy beds and bedding. The living room was comfortable with sturdy furniture. The sand on the beach was clean. I recommend renting beach chairs and a cart to get you there effortlessly.

Perfectly not so perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all in was great...but had a few issues. The bunk bed, top bunk, is totally unsafe for children of all ages. It was way too tall with zero railing, we were not able to utilize the top bunks because of this. ALL beds were so uncomfortable, we felt like we were sleeping on the floor. They also had protective covers over them, felt like you were sleeping on plastic sheets. I get this, however atleast put a Myers’s pad or something for comfort over them! So I had to take ours off...which led me to finding multiple spots of dried blood on the foot end of the sheets, which had been flipped where the tag was at the head of the bed. The sheets had not been washed!!!! I had to wash them the first night and the blood came out! So disgusting! Thankfully cinnamon shores made this right for us. The master bedroom bed squeaked everytime anyone would even move a toe! There were coffee cups in the kitchen cabinets with dried coffee still in the bottom. The location of the home isn’t ideal, it is right by the main hwy and power lines. Furthest from the beach, so a golf cart is an absolute must! The guest bedroom blinds do not go down all the way, so we had to put pillows there to block morning sun! Now for the positive experience part...We had the BEST time regardless of the annoying beds situation. The house was overall clean besides this, wonderful decor and an amazing kitchen. It had all the amenities we needed and the floor plan was fantastic for two families and 5 little kids under 7! The stairs were a great set up, not straight up and down like other homes. This is our second time to stay at Cinnamon Shores, although it was a great trip for the most part, I would not stay at this particular house again.

This house was located in the North side of Cinnamon Shore community. This community is simply beautiful! We enjoy all the lakes, pools and beaches in this community. Very clean, well maintained community grounds. The house was also clean but some issues with pets control as we found few roaches during our stay! The house was fenced in which was perfect for our dog. Will stay here again minus the roaches.

Great long weekend

Disappointed 🥲

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, Honestly, this was the worst house so far. 1- the welcome mat was worn, filthy and wet. The first floor side porch was very tired. Needs fresh paint please. Also, the front door needs to be lighted. Very dark when arriving late at night. Overall, not a great first impression.2. The property can’t help we’re it is located- the traffic noise makes outdoor patio entertaining not possible. We will never stay on the road side again. We chose the property for the enclosed and fenced yard for our dogs. 3. The enter Interior was better, but still not that clean. The kitchen was great and well stocked. Minor issues. The candles on the buffet never worked. Maybe- change them to flame less candles. We saw one roach. No worries- we got him! Everything upstairs was fine. And the master mattress was excellent. Thanks. See you next time!

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing first trip to CS. Sea Change was such a relaxing environment with its wonderful decorations and fully appointed kitchen. Our only complaint was the noise level from the road behind, but we would just bring a white noise machine if we come again. Although we didn't need any help during our stay, the CS staff did an excellent job reaching out to make sure we were fully taken care of.

Great house!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore in Sea Change! We had a couple of hiccups with a power outage that occurred prior to our arrival and caused some blown fuses which were hard to access, but the maintenance crew got it all taken care of quickly. The main office seems incredibly busy and probably could use a few more employees (I left a message with a question and never received a return call, almost always had to wait when I went into the building which was okay but ensure you’re not in a big rush). We rented our golf cart through Top Deck and the service was great. The gentleman in charge of the chairs/umbrellas on the beach was fantastic and very helpful (we had 2 kids stung by jellyfish and he gave us a coke he had on hand to help with the sting which proved very effective). The house was clean and worked perfectly for us this trip. You are at the edge of the property near the highway, but we booked so late we were happy to have anything. Next time we plan on coming back with a larger group and would like to rent a house closer to the beach, but this house was absolutely precious and served our needs well! You will not be disappointed with either Sea Change or Cinnamon Shore!

Darling House + Superb Service = Excellent Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 115 Fish Hook was our home for our Spring Break 19. My son brought 3 friends home from college in Virginia for their first Texas visit and they all mentioned our beach is so much better than the Virginia, North and South Carolina beaches, Cleaner and nicer. The house was immaculate, well designed and decorated plus accommodated 8 -10 (2 Parents + 6-8 teenagers/college students) of us comfortably all week. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many family meals in it. The kids love the Top Deck Golf Cart, 3 pools and beach plus just running around CS meeting other kiddos. We ate at the always divine Lisa Bellas one night, the guys in the snack bar fried our freshly caught fish and delivered it to the house one night and our trip highlight was our Rolling Tide Boil Company Shrimp Boil on Saturday night! One night we ate at La Playa in town which was easy to do. We love Cinnamon Shore! It is the best place to stay in Port Aransas!
