Welcome toSomewhere South! This home is abrand new 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath stilted beach home, completed the Summer of2021 — just minutes from the beach and downtown!
Beautiful new construction in a highly desirable location on 11th Street... Only 9 homes on a one acre parcel, others have as many as 18 in same amount of space. Lots of parking for cars andgolf carts.
INSIDE THE HOME:
Upon entering, enjoy the wide open floor plan made even more spacious by the high ceilings and open concept. You willfinda large living room with ample space for guests to relax on 2 over sided couches. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with seating for 10 that blends seamlessly into the large open kitchen with an island with additional seating for 4. The chef's kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and white subway tile back splash along withcabinets fully stocked with all culinary essentials.
Just a few steps down the hall you will find a half bathroom. Beyond that are the firsttwo bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom.Claim the indulgent first floor master with a king bed, flat screen TV and its own private bathroom that offers a double vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The second bedroom on the first floor has a plush queen-size bed and large closet along with a flat screen TV. The adjacent en suite full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. All windows are hurricane rated and quiet!Both bedrooms on the first floor have wireless phone chargers for guest use.
After ascending up the wide staircase you will find a full washer/dryer for guest use. There is also an ironing board and iron included.
The 3rd bedroom boasts a queen size bed as well as a set of twin bunk beds. Along with a flat screen TV, this room offers a view of the ocean! The attached en suite bathroom has double vanities and a tub/shower combo.
Finally, the 4th bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a trundle. With a flat screen TV and fun bunk beds this is a great room for kids to chill after a long day at the beach. Along with a nice sized closet, you will find the final en suite bathroom.
OUTSIDE THE HOME:

The first thing you’ll notice as you pull up to Somewhere South is the ample parking which can sometimes be a commodity in vacation rentals. There is space for 4 cars plus an additional spot for a golf cart. The downstairs deck is set up as an extra living, dining and cooking space for guests. Relax on the patio furniture and watch TV on the flat screen or enjoy a cold beverage while visiting with friends at the picnic table. Guests will also have access to the charcoal grill and sink/prep area.
When not cooking, take part in a friendly game of cornhole, ropes or wall mounted Connect 4! With the entire area fenced in, the downstairs offers privacy while still enjoying the evening breeze!
Additionally guests are welcome to enjoy the gorgeous community pool with bathroom and covered area with tables and chairsfor shade just one house over.

It is in the golf cart zone, meaning you can walk to the beach in about 6-8 minutes or drive a cart and be there in half the time. You are also just minutes to downtown Port A to enjoy local shopping and dining.
