Great Getaway!

Loved every minute of our stay!!! Accommodations were perfect….We needed for nothing as the owner was very thoughtful in leaving things you might not usually have. Kudos to all!

Quiet and Cozy & Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed this charming home in one of the quietest neighborhoods we've ever stayed in! We loved the screen porch and used it for an amazing dining experience! Close to beach and shopping and dining. and the property manager was always available to answer any question. We would definitely stay again!

Great getaway and location

Planned a fishing trip with family and South Pearl Sunfish was the perfect getaway location. Nice home, great location and quiet neighborhood. Check in process was easy and appreciated suppport team to help with any and all questions we had during our stay. Appreciate the awesome memories!!!

Clean and Close to the Beach

Loved how clean the home was and how close it was to the beach and grocery stores. It was a beautiful area and the residences around the area were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome house!

Rockport 2023

Loved the house! Clean, comfortable, well provisioned. Walking to bay/ fishing very easy. Short walk to the Rockport Art/ Shopping area. Pleasant short ride to ferry and Port A. We will definitely be back to South Pearl Sailfish!!!!

Nice Stay

The place was clean and comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the screened in porch. The neighborhood was also fine and not noisy. I had one maintenance issue that took a while to resolve but was eventually taken care of. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again if I make it back to Rockport.

Great for a late Spring Break

First time to the coast so didn’t know exactly where to stay. The house was great and the location is good if you want to spend more time in Rockport-Fulton. It’s a 45-min drive to Port A Beach. Only downside in the house is the mattress on the hide-a-bed. It’s exactly what someone should expect for a pull-out, but you do need to set your expectations accordingly. Neighborhood is super-quiet, and the screened porch is a great amenity!

Summer vacay

This house was just like the pictures online. Everything was very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not open like it should have. It probably needs replacing. My son slept on the sofa as is for all three nights - not a total deal breaker though. I recommend replacing for future. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Great Rockport cottage

This was the perfect setup for a few days on the coast for our three-person family. The cottage seems to be brand-new (possibly a new build after Harvey), and is laid out well. Two bedrooms, each with a large bed, and each with their own spacious bathroom. A comfortable combined living room opening into the kitchen. Just enough kitchenware to do up some simple meals. Screened-in front porch facing west. Large carport so that we could park in the shade, and a hose in the driveway so we could wash sand off before coming in. Great location, very close to restaurants both in Rockport/Fulton and toward Aransas Pass. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Nothing's in walking distance, but everything is within 10 minutes of a traffic-free car ride.

Very comfortable

We really loved the home. We had access to everything we needed. I loved all the guides that were left in the kitchen and living room to help us with entertainment. We spent our evenings in the enclosed porch. I do recommend still wearing mosquito repellent because nature is sneaky. The beach was just a five minute drive (with cabanas) and there are nice little shops and restaurants. I recommend walking the Memorial Park, it was gorgeous. It was really clean and accommodating. The neighborhood was really quiet and if you have a rainy day the frogs chirp and its really cool to just watch them. It felt hotel like because they had plenty of toiletries. If we ever need to stay near Rockport this is definitely the place we will choose again. Thank you once again for being great hosts.

cockroaches

The place is filled with cockroaches. It's disgusting. The cockroaches especially come out at night. We were traveling with a medically fragile child that needed to social distance or we would have moved out. But needless to say, I would *not* recommend this place to others until they fix the cockroach infestation.
