The first upstairs bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 queen bed, the second upstairs bedroom two sets of bunkbeds each with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top and the third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. This home is pet friendly and has a fenced yard along with a doggie door. Enjoy the coastal views from the new Widow's Walk on top of the house; often used as an observation deck for enjoying panoramic views. - Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
