A grand, two-story home with breezy, designer interiors, this lakefront retreat welcomes you with undeniable coastal-chic style. Gracious outdoor spaces offer serene lake views, while inside, modern amenities and thoughtful design create a perfect vacation experience.

AMENITIES: At Cinnamon Shore South, enjoy resort-style pools, including the Cabana Pool; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and the intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space, including Tailwind Park and others. Enjoy a lakeside wooden boardwalk, a community pier, fishing pavilions, and a playscape for the kids. You can also access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, a fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING: In the magnificent gathering space on the second floor, sophisticated interiors invite you to relax amid classic coastal whites. The open-concept space, featuring 27 ft vaulted ceilings, keeps everyone connected and entertained with a spacious living room showcasing an 85-inch TV and surround sound system. The adjoining dining area and kitchen create a seamless flow, perfect for family gatherings. The large kitchen island and high-end Napoleon Grill make meal prep and dining a delight. French doors open to two expansive porches, offering sunset views of the bay and scenic lake vistas.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Primary King Suite (Second Floor): The luxurious lakeside master suite offers beach-inspired furnishings, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a handsome shower. Bunk Room (First Floor): A fun and functional space that sleeps six, featuring twin-over-full bunk beds and a 65-inch TV. King Bedroom with Twin-Over-Twin Bunk (First Floor): This versatile room includes a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for families.
En Suite King Bedroom (First Floor): A comfortable and private king bedroom with its own bathroom.

GREAT FEATURES: With multiple porches, you'll have a difficult time deciding where to relax. Enjoy awesome sunsets from the rear porch or play cards and sip cocktails on the front porch. A convenient, downstairs laundry station keeps clothes ready to wear. The home also features an EV charging station in the carport, making it easy for electric vehicle owners to stay charged.

PET FRIENDLY - $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee and additional $500 Refundable Security Deposit, additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the home.

When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

Most Beautiful home! It was everything we expected and more! Location was convenient the Cinnamon Shore is a Vibe in itself... that's why we always return! Host were great as well!
