Made good on broken AC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home and a great location. We came to celebrate the week between Christmas and New Year’s. The size was just right for grandparents and both our kids families. The porches are fantastic, one overlooks the pool. The upstairs AC unit was broken. Fortunately, the weather was not too hot, and the staff were incredible when they understood that the problem could not be fixed. They offered to move us or to bring in cooling units which they did. Then they gave us a very hospitable refund to make good on the discomfort it caused. We enjoyed our stay because of the beach, pools, and all the things. But, it was the way management handled problems that we had that really stood out.

Family Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Shores North! Coastal Charm was the perfect house for our family! The king suites and bunk rooms downstairs were perfect for our kids and grands. Being right next to the Dunes pool was also perfect with our grands being little. We cooked in most meals. I would say if you are planning on cooking a lot, to bring any most of your spices etc with you. There were plenty of pots, pans,knives etc. The place was bright, cheery, and we loved the porches!! We'd definitely stay here again!!

Family Fun For All!

The large living space with ample dining table was perfect for gatherings. The three porches allowed for privacy when desired. The primary bedroom on main floor was convenient and having the other four bedrooms on floor below was perfect for putting the small children to bed in the evening. Very close proximity to one of the pools was wonderful so that we could come and go easily. I highly recommend this home and will plan to rent it again sometime soon!

Amazing Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house with three families total and it was a perfect house for it. Three masters was key, and all the kids fit in the two bunk rooms. This was our first time to Port A and Cinnamon Shores, and we will be back! A nice gem to have found that is fairly close to home (Denver) that has pools and a great beach. The community style is beautiful, as is the home itself. Furniture comfortable, beds comfortable...We ended up picking this house on our list of several because of the outdoor spaces and we are very glad we did! Lots of time was spent on the porches hanging out, eating and playing games. Proximity to the pool and the playground, and the big green space, was so great to let our kids go play while still being close to them. The stay wasn't without issues, but the management company was always very responsive. We've rented many houses from Mexico to Utah to Florida to California to verious lakes and this has been one of the nicest overall! With that being said, we do have a couple recommendations from our renting experiences that would help improve the stay even more: providing trash bags and paper towels for the length of the rental (would not be a large expense as a bag of trash bags cost us $2 but was another trip to the store when we ran out), providing pool/beach towels (plenty of bath towels! But had to wash towels every day - or making it more known on the listing to bring your own), more kid-friendly size glasses and perhaps a second fridge/beverage fridge/ice maker somewhere, and a very small thing - better pizza cutter :) Thank you, we will be back!

Most cooking utensils and cookware are available. Like most places, knives are not sharp. Could use a simple knife sharpener. Great proximity to the pool and playground. Quiet at night. Just a comfortable home to have a great time in!

Perfect Family Getaway

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation with our two children and their respective families: 6 adults, 2 children between 11 and 14-years old, and 2 children between 3 and 8. The house’s floor plan was perfect for us with a bedroom and bunk room for each of our children’s families. There was ample room in the living area, dining area, kitchen, and balconies to accommodate all ten of us at any one time. Although we made use of two golf carts, the beach was within easy walking distance. The swimming pool and fitness room are located right outside the back door, and they along with the beach were visited more than once each day. During our children’s 4-day stay, we never left the property, except to buy fresh seafood. This was a perfect house in a perfect location for us. In addition, all of the Cinammon Shores staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. I look forward to visiting again.

House ha# 4 bedrooms downstairs which is great for the children and one upstairs. Everything was beautiful. We had one cabinet that was broken wehen we got there. House location next to the pool and playground was perfect for the grandkids. Only real issue was the low water pressure in the house and not so safe/secure front and back doors. Only dirty thing we found were the 2 ottoman's under the table in the master suite. Pulled them out to use them but they were covered in hair, so we put them right back.

Beautiful home, well laid out floor plan for us, very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. Esta perfecto para vacacionar en familia pues tiene un acceso directo a la alberca Dune y al gimnasio con las sensacionales bicicletas Pelotón, a la cual pareciera que forman parte de la misma casa por su acceso. Llevamos 7años acudiendo a cinnamonshore a diferentes casas y esta ah sido la más recomendable volvería repetirla!!

We had a mix of families and friends - 12 total and it was perfect...could have accommodated a couple more even! Having the dune pool basically as your backyard is awesome and convenient. Also, a great central location close to everything. We enjoyed so much time on the outdoor balconies and snuggled inside on the couches. Some of the kitchen utensils could use a little updating/replacing and the water pressure was a little weak in the downstairs master bath showers. Other than that, a great home overall!

Lovely Beach Home and Experience

Although we wish it had a direct view of the gulf, its location near the Dune pool was super convenient for us considering we had three small children in our group. The furnishings of this home were beautiful. The light in the downstairs laundry room area could be brighter, very hard to see in there. Also, the kitchen did not have dish towels, the outside trash was smelling and overflowing, and one of the washing machines was not working when we arrived, but the property staff quickly fixed those issues. Also, this property and the driveway and patios need to be treated for fire ants. Many of us got bit while walking around the house and getting to our cars/golf carts, etc. Overall, wonderful place where we would consider staying at again in the future.
