Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love staying at Bay Tree. You can unwind after a day at the beach with some fishing off the dock. The location is still old town feel and it's easy to get around. We stay in an efficiency and it's perfect for 2 people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Bay Tree many times over the years and have always been very happy with the property. We like the location because it is away from the crowds and has a nice view of the channel. The pool is always sparkling clean. Some of the Units are better than others. Unit D5 hasn't been updated as nicely as some others. It is functional but dated. The stove and microwave really need to be replaced and the bathroom could use an update too. As previously mentioned though, it is comfortable and functional. We can recommend Bay Tree highly.

This was a really great stay at a wonderfully affordable price. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large balcony and access to the private fishing pier. The management company was excellent with their quick response and solution when the AC unit failed to cool at the initial unit. I would absolutely stay here again.

Disappointed

Check in was great and we loved our time at Port Aransas, however we had several problems with our unit. The air conditioner did not work for two days and after three calls to the office/emergency # it was finally fixed. There was mold in the cabinets above the stove and some of the dishes were dirty. We ended up washing everything we used just to be on the safe side. Bonus... cockroaches in the bathroom. We will definitely go back to Port Aransas but will be staying elsewhere.
