Property was exactly as listed. The back door knob was not working properly from wear and tear however someone was there to fix it within an hour.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is nice however it is not set up as advertised. This rental was listed as having a King in the primary with a Queen, twin over full bunk bed and pull out trundle in the guest room and a pullout sofa bed in the living room. The primary seems to have a Queen. The guest room only had bunk beds. Had we known this we would not have chosen this rental. We specially chose and paid for this rental based on the set up DESCRIBED on the listing.

Great Beach Vacation Home

It had a nice kiddie pool and park right behind it for the kids to play at. The home had just enough space for everyone! So many different types of sleeping arrangements which was nice for everyone to spread out!

Great location and property

We love this property! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Would have gotten 5 stars but had to give four for 3 issues: 1. Fridge never made ice, 2. Patio chair was broken and never fixed and 3. Patio door would never stay shut without using a deadbolts.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, place is nice and clean. I have really only 2 complaints. The mattresses were not great at all. The master mattress has a big dip on one side and a hump in the middle. I slept ok. However in the other room and bunk downstairs I was told they were HORRIBLE. My daughter in the other upstairs room put all her blankets on the bed to help and then got cold in the night. Said she got very littel sleep during the week and was glad to be home. My mother-in-law sleep on the one downstairs and said the couch was better than the bed. Horrible mattress. The only other issue was the 3 cooking pans were very old and worn out. The place is great other than that. Love the beach being so close.

Beach vacation

The condo was comfortable and had the necessities required. The problem was with the showers, the 3 bathrooms were horrible if you wanted to actually shower. There was basically no water flowing thru the shower heads..

Great Property!

We had a great time at our VRBO. Everything was clean and nice, and it was just a short walk to the beach. At one point we managed to lock ourselves out, and the management came as quickly as they could to help us out. The pool at the property with a splash pad area was great too.

If it wasn’t for the smoking smell

The neighbor smokes cigarettes on his back patio and the smell enters the unit and makes it smell like someone was or is smoking inside the unit. Having the windows and door shut does absolutely no good when it seeps through the walls. This is a big issue when you have someone who is allergic and it does not state or warn of this prior to booking, so your stuck once you get there and find out how bad it is. Loved the location, but because of this we will not be rebooking.

Very nice vacation

Overall process very smooth. Had lot of towels, toilet rolls, hand soaps etc that lasted for our 4 days stay. Just enough space for family of four. Oven was bit dirty causing smoke when switched on.

Great beach getaway

Our large group recently stayed at two condos in this complex for a family reunion. We were very pleased with the clean and comfortable accommodations, ease of check-in and communication with management, and the proximity to a lovely beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect.

Took my Husband, 2 toddlers, my mother and Grandmother. It has 2 pools, splash pad, playground and walking distance to the beach! Everyone that stays there is super nice! Even brought my frenchies and they made dog friends!
