Relaxing and a Great Location

Comfortable and spacious house with great view of the bay (and peilcans) from the upper deck, perfect for beautiful sunrises with coffee. Excellent location, too, with restaurants and a coffee bar within walking distance. It also served as a great home base for exploring Aransas National Wildlife Refuge.

This is a wonderful, beautiful home with a beautiful view of the water and birds. Great sunrises on deck while drinking coffee. Great home base for our vacation! Very quick response when we had an issue with the heating. Highly recommend this property and host.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and spacious enough for 4 adults, two teenagers and two dogs. Location was excellent; close to stores and restaurants but far enough to avoid traffic and crowds. There was a small ant problem when we arrived but a can of ant spray was left at the house and we were able to get it under control quickly. Overall and great place to stay.

The property was exactly as listed. Quiet and clean with nice amenities, excellent bay views and in a great location close to numerous restaurants. The only improvement I would like to see is access to network programming in order to watch sporting events. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

The house was clean, and had a cute Beachy vibe. It was decorated very modern, and had plenty of space. I’m walking distance to the Fulton Pier and many of the local restaurants. The Port Aransas Pass Ferry was a short drive, which made getting to Port Aransas Beach an easy commute. I recommend taking the Ferry instead of driving. We did both! We visited both The Fulton Irish Pub and the Boiling Pot, and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!

Great condo

Great property. We will plan to come again. Only suggestions are blinds in living room and more pots and pans. Also would like lamps in living room so you don’t use so much ceiling lighting. But overall, a beautiful stay. We loved everything about it. Super clean and wonderfully decorated. Easy check in. One note, there is a piece of wood missing in the ceiling in upstairs guest bathroom exposing the attic. Maybe in process of repair? One pillow on couch had a hole in it as well. Minor but wanted to let the property mgmt know.

There are several restaurants in walking distance, highly recommend the Boiling Pot. The pool was initially a little warm but once the fountain was turned back on it was a good temp. Our son enjoyed fishing right by the condo and caught a flounder. Port Aransas is a short drive and you drive your car onto the ferry, we had a fun beach day but wear sunscreen. Overall we would recommend the rental, they wr responsive to my questions and quick to fix a minor any problem.

GPS doesn't locate it straight off, but we recognized it by the pictures as we drove past. The house was great and clean. Service could have been a little better. I reported to manager after the first night that the TV in my room did not work. They suggested we unplug the TV and plug it in again, which we tried and reported back, but no one seemed to care that it still did not work after that. I can't sleep without the TV on, so I ended up using my phone, which led to very uncomfortable sleep. In addition, the hair dryer was missing from our unit, but they did bring one when asked. The check in and check out processes were very easy, and we had an enjoyable time overall.
