“Everything was great other than the customer service. Our first room had a dead breaker for the fridge and microwave. I let the lady running the front know about it and she said she would let maintenance know about it. Wake up to leave for the day and speak to the gentlemen who is on shift, he informs me maintenance wouldn’t be back for a few days and the lady should’ve known that and moved our room. He went ahead and changed our room and apologized profusely since we had already settled into……

“Pool didn’t have any towels and the seating inside was missing cusions”
