A cocoon in nature
For nature lovers.
The idea of fitting out a gîte in this little house is to help save small rural heritage. By choosing to stay there, you will allow the restoration of the other ruined houses of this hamlet.
Do you remember Sylvain and Sylvette, these two children who lived in a small cottage surrounded by animals? In Miers, it is this atmosphere that you will find:
In the countryside, in an isolated hamlet, relax in this comfortable cottage.
We wanted to make it a cocoon with all the amenities and excellent ecological insulation.
The house is equipped with every comfort: LL LV. Bathroom. There is even hot water.
Cable internet connection with screen available.
You can warm up in the cantou. with unlimited wood.
Ground floor: living room, cantou, kitchen
Upstairs :
Parental corner (160 bed),
Children's corner (80 cm bed).
Bathroom
The house is heated by the cantou and an odorless oil stove.
It is a house that has been restored leaving it in its original state.
You can enjoy the 2500 m2 meadow with deckchairs, a garden table.
Anyway in this magical place, we don't need anything.
A deposit of 300 € will be requested upon arrival

ce logement dois être agréable en été mais pas en saison froide : accès difficile (herbe et boue) par temps de pluie, cheminée qui refoule la fumée, poêle à pétrole obsolète.
Salle d'eau nécessitant des contorsions pour accéder. Le qualificatif "tout confort" me parait excessif.

Séjour calme et reposant
Intérieurement, le bémol se situerait au niveau de la sdb. Située sur le rampant, les wc sont face au lavabo et trop peu d'espace.
Extérieurement, les 2500 m² visibles sur le contenu de l'annonce sont hélas impraticables.
Fil à linge et barbecue même sommaire seraient appréciables..

Belle région !
Dans une maison typique en cours de réhabilitation, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la région. Bien qu'excentrée de nos projets de visites elle nous a permis de passer de bonnes nuits. Petits regrets de n'avoir pu rencontrer le propriétaire et de ne pas avoir pu bénéficier du WiFi...
