Private backyard with new fire pit, picnic area and firewood provided. Well equipped retro kitchen with all the comforts you need. Washer/Dryer and washing supplies provided. Excellent WiFi for working while traveling and brand new Roku Fire TVs in bedroom abs livingroom. Enjoy this little piece on quiet and comfort!

Visiting the area
Clean and cozy with the basics. We stayed 2 weeks while visiting family and friends. There were a couple unforeseen issues but Holly took care of them immediately. However, there is a second rental upstairs which can bring some noise in the staircase, front porch, and creaky floors, etc. It's in a good location and close to shops in town and nice parks for walking.

This apartment rental was amazing. Very clean and host was communicative. Close enough to NY state line and Erie but the town itself has a lot of charm and amazing finds. Definitely recommend
