"We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Pat’s guest cottage. The place itself was beautiful and well appointed with a relaxing hot tub and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the BBQ made for some delicious meals. Check with Pat before you book with pets, but we were able to bring our cat with us and he had a great time also. The hot tub was a nightly must and driving either into town or out to hiking locations was super easy. "This is an absolute beautiful spot on the river. Our 3 night stay was wonderful especially the bear watching as well as all the other birds and fish visible from your living room windows. The first day we had a mother bear and 3 cubs come down to the other side of the river to eat some salmon that were swimming in the water. The beds were very comfortable and it was really nice having a sink and toilet off of the master bedroom. This unit is on the top floor which was fine for us however...
