Was a clean room, it was nice and quiet. Was close to shops and the island. Cute sitting area where I read my book and had coffee. Enjoyed my time at the beach which is close by and had a great stay.

We loved our stay. This was a nice peaceful retreat. Location was great. The host had everything you needed . The patio area was very nice and added a nice touch of privacy and peacefulness!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this little cottage on Anna Maria Island! We just needed a two night getaway to enjoy the island and this little cottage/bungalow rental was perfect. It was incredibly clean, and the kitchenette was wonderful for what we needed. They even stocked the fridge with some creamer for coffee and complementary sodas. The cottage is walking distance to a few restaurants and that was wonderful for going out. We would definitely visit again, 10 out of 10 stay. Thank you!

This was such the perfect space for our honeymoon getaway! We loved being so close to the beach and a few great Cortez staples. We even accidentally locked ourselves out and Hazel was responsive within minutes! Recommend 100%

We an very enjoyable stay at our Cortez VRBO. The accomodations were small, but very nicely appointed, with a cleanliness and attention to detail that was impressive. The location is very attractive, with lovely beaches within easy driving distance.

Great location with no traffic gps shows 5mins ‘car ride’ from Bradenton beach. Close to everything store, restaurants. The property was very clean. The host was very responsive we had an issue with the door blind, I sent Hazel a message and she came right away. There is a dog next dog that started barking as soon as we got there but it was no biggie ‘we love dogs’ & he only barked a few times. Highly recommend.
