DELICIOUS TRICAMERE CORTINA SPECTACULAR VIEW TOFANE

Delightful apartment located in one of the most exclusive areas of Cortina which dominates the whole valley. Tastefully furnished in the warm appeal of the Ampezzo style and equipped with every comfort. Ideal place for mountain lovers, it offers a suggestive scenario on the Dolomites area (Tofane, Averau, Nuvolau, 5 Torri) as it has a panoramic terrace always in full sun from which to enjoy the enchanting landscape. It is possible to directly access the slopes of Meters and Col Tondo on skis. The center can be reached with a pleasant 10-minute walk, by car in 5 minutes. It is also served by bus as the stop is only 2 minutes from the house.
There is an uncovered parking space and a cellar, where you can leave all the mountain equipment.
IN THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD AND IN AUGUST THE WEEK IS NOT RENTED FOR LOWER PERIOD.

Great stay in Cortina!

Great apartment near the centre of Cortina, perfect for hiking. Close to restaurants, shops and cable cars. Good space and amenities for the six of us.

What a beautiful view!

Our family really enjoyed staying in Anna's home. Communication and check in was very easy. The home has an incredible view from the deck. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We walked to town and enjoyed hiking the trail behind the home as well. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Esperienza impareggiabile, posizione perfetta, cortesia e pulizia impeccabili

La casa si trova vicinissimo alla località Verocai, con una spettacolare vista sulle Tofane. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e arredati in modo gradevole e funzionale. La signora è gentilissima ed è stata puntualissima. Aggiungo che, la sera del 14 agosto, per chi ha la fortuna di soggiornare qui, sono visibili anche i fuochi del Faloria, aggiungendo un ulteriore tocco di poesia a uno spettacolo cui già non mancava nulla!

Vue magnifique

Appartement confortable et bien situé avec des vues magnifiques. Seul bémol, la personne ( très aimable au demeurant) qui accueille ne parle ni français ni anglais. Impossible donc d avoir des informations sur le fonctionnement de l appartement ou les environs. Il faudrait au moins une carte et des informations basiques ( tri sélectif, lave linge qui est à la cave, marchés, supermarchés....)

Feels like home

This is a very comfortable and roomy condominium. It has a well equipped kitchen with room for more than one cook. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Views from the balcony are wonderful. We had 3 people and it would have been fine for twice that number. Highly recommended.

Great Location

This was the second time for us in this apartment. We chose it again because we knew it was quiet, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location with nice views from the veranda. We had a minor problem with the power, which cut out while were using the oven. Apparently, you cannot use the oven while the washing machine is on - we were not aware of this at the time. The problem was sorted out very quickly by Anna.

Cozy place with great views!

The owners were very helpful and the place looked just like the pictures. The apartment was very clean, and the balcony has tremendous views of the town of Cortina below and the surrounding mountains. I stayed with two friends for 6 days and we had a wonderful time, would highly recommend this place!

Really nice apartment in the beautiful Dolomites in a stunning location

This is a really nice apartment, comfortable, well-equipped and in a stunning location. The view from the balcony is awesome. WiFi provision and reception was consistently good. Cortina is an excellent centre with good shopping facilities although the one-way road system and parking facilities are challenging! With a car you can explore lots of classic locations in the Dolomites, but the public transport system is also very good. The opportunities for summer outdoor activities in one of Europe's most beautiful regions, particularly hiking and biking, are exemplary. We only had 4 nights here but we wish we had stayed for longer. If and when we return to this area we would rent this accommodation again and we recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a holiday in the Dolomites. We were there in June when the meadows and forests were full of wild orchids, an unforgettable experience. The weather was changeable but it never stopped us from going out every day. We would like to thank Anna who made sure our stay in Cortina was enjoyable and trouble-free.

SPLENDIDO APPARTAMENTO CON VISTA

L'appartamento è carinissimo, tutto in legno, classico guasto montagnolo. Ha anche uno splendido terrazzino con vista spettacolare. La parte più bella resta la zona giorno, cucina con penisola dove poter gustare la colazione, attrezzata di tutto. Noi eravamo in due e ovviamente stavamo larghissimi, in quanto ci sono due camere davvero spaziose e due bagni. Perfetto per una famiglia o anche per due coppie, peccato non si possano avvicinare i letti nella seconda camera. Consigliatissimo in ogni caso, penso di tornare per le prossime vacanze natalizie.

Advantages: Very comfortable and quiet mountain apartment , attractive and well equipped with all appliances ,large enough for 2 adults and 3 children, spectacular mountain views in every direction, large south facing balcony ,good wifi, romantic for couples and good value . Friendly and helpful welcome from Anna and son. Thank you for having us! Disadvantages : A long hard walk up hill from town centre (20 minutes) Unreliable bus service to town that runs only once per hour and finishes at 8pm. Must have your own car.

Vorrei fare conoscere la mia felicita' per una vacanza natalizia perfetta. Tutto perfetto. Dalla gentilezza della Signora Anna che ci accoglie e ci illustra la casa, dal wifi funzionante, una vista indimenticabile, casa perfettamente funzionante ed adorabile. Insomma anche se vengo dal mondo dell'ospitalità' mi e' difficile trovare un difetto. Forse uno lo potrei trovare non potendo portare in quel paradiso il mio cane educatissimo chissà forse la prossima volta .......... Comunque grazie ancora per la VACANZA PERFETTA !!!!!

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone con 2 bimbi di 5 e 1 anno; abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto comodo, arredato con gusto, pulito! situato in una posizione incantevole, le montagne fanno da cornice e la vista e' mozzafiato! Mi aspetto solo una miglioria sugli utensili e coltelli da cucina! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Un grazie anche al proprietario per la sua gentilezza e sensibilità: in quel periodo ci sono state delle frane lungo la strada e si è preoccupato di avvisarci dandoci tutte le indicazioni stradali!

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno ottimo con tutta la famiglia nel quest'appartamento. Per cominciare, è molto facile da trovare, a 2 minuti dal centro di Cortina da macchina, 5 minuti da piedi. L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo bellissimo, con un parcheggio privato. La vista è bellissima dal balcone, potete usufruire delle sdraio sul balcone. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, c'è assolutamente tutto per cucinare, e mangiare. I bagni e le camere sono pulitissimi. Eravamo 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini), le camere erano abbastanza spaziose per mettere una cula. I proprietari fanno in modo che siate in condizioni ottimi per passare delle buone vacanze. La signora chi fa l'accoglienza è molto disponibile. We spent a very pleasant time in this very authentic apartment in Cortina. Everything was great, it's worth the value. We really did enjoy our staying over there, for sure we will go back in this location through the rental of this apartment. The fare is very good in comparison with the facilities and the equipment you get in. Great holidays, thanks.
