「We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs.
No bath tubs but two showers.
some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms.」

「This is a scam listing. I booked this several months in advance and the day of my arrival I reached out to ask how to check in. They told me the property I booked was unavailable due to "maintenance issues" and offered to move me to a different property which was nowhere near where I needed to be. Judging by other reviews, this appears to be their approach; lure people in with a good-looking property in a nice area and then surprise move them to a dump in an incovenient area.
