「The apartment overall is nice, and located in an area that is close to shops and dining. Listing photos are accurate, but as others have mentioned, this is not a "luxury" apartment. 」

「We went to a show at the Capital Theater and this place was very convenient. Had a nice dinner in walking distance as well.
The building is old and kind of gross, but the apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean.」

「This property is owned by the same group where I had an excellent experience last year. This year, however, missed the mark and I was utterly disappointed. First, it lacked timely communication for my check in. Once I was in after making a lengthy phone call to VRBO to get a hold of the host, I was greeted by the smell of stale pizza most likely due to the pizza shop across the street as a window had been left cracked open.
