「Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...

「We stayed at Grand Manor for two nights and three days as part of a special trip to celebrate our Mom’s 70th birthday. We chose the property primarily because of its proximity to the spa where we had her birthday treatment planned for the following day, so the location worked very well for our needs.
Our communication with the host, Boipelo, was excellent. He was friendly, responsive, and made every effort to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. We especially appreciated his willingness...
