"Clean rooms. Staff were very helpful - there was a minor problem with the first room we were assigned to, but the staff fixed it right away, no drama. There is a kitchen and laundry accessible 24 hours a day, which was very useful as we were jet lagged and really needed a cup of coffee at 3 am! Location is perfect for us: ten minute walk from the busiest areas, area is quiet and calm but still with a grocery and several cafes nearby. I will certainly look for StayKoook locations when I visit other cities in Germany, and I recommend the Leipzig location. "

"The property was very clean and service was very friendly. Only concern was that the area is little out of town and there were drawings on the wall everywhere surrounding. We arrived at the hotel little late on the evening and felt unsafe until we get into the property. I do not recommend to go outside walking in the evening."
