「The 2 sweet girls at front desk were SO HELPFUL & BEST!! Customer service that I have ever experienced staying at various hotels. I regret I am unable to remember their names.」

「Was located center of downtown, walking distance to shopping and eating. Alot of choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was simple. Spent half day at ottine mineral spring. Just something else to do while staying in Gonzales」

「The property was beautiful with some very nice sitting areas. The pool was very nice & the room quite comfortable. The hostess Vanessa was welcoming & made a lovely breakfast each day with fresh coffee, baked goods & hot food. She went above & beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely come again. There are some great restaurants in Gonzales as well. 」

「The room seemed clean but the fridge had cockroaches , the small kind. Then the AC did not cool the room at all and I kept feeling things crawl on me at night. In the morning the breakfast bar was put away I asked the attendant if breakfast was over he said no but did not bring out the plates, forks, and so on. We made a waffle and I asked him for a plate, he seemed annoyed. This is not a family friendly stop even for just one night.」

「The facility under renovation and did not mentioned when I booked it. Did not had first floor room available for senior citizens. A/C did not turn on and the room was hotter then out side temperature ( Texas outside temperature was 92 F.) We had to seek cooler temperature in Walmart for 3 hours. Broken tower rack, broken draw handles, light didn't work. Should have told me about it before I booked the room. EXPEDIA should not used unverifiable facts for it FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING.」

「As soon as we walked into the hotel room it was very small, a lot of flies were in the room my fiancee spent like 2 hours trying to kill them, there was mosquitoes and spider webs in the bathroom ceiling, bathroom window was ducted taped, and window seal bathroom dead bugs, pillows. We're very flat later on during the evening we called office staff for extra pillows , if you ask me it was very ghetto looking and very high price, looked like a prostitution hotel and druggie hotel very ghetto we...
