"The house is nearby shops, restaurants and a 5 minuten drive away to the beach. The beach and sea is quite nice, but there is a lot of trash on the streets and beach. There were several things in the house which needed assistance. The oven door could not be closed, water in the shower was spraying everywhere. "The staff were exceptionally helpful and took wonderful care of us. Even though my children don't speak Portuguese, the team spoke fluently with them and made them feel right at home. They went above and beyond for all our needs, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of delicious options that the whole family enjoyed!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom suite with pool view and balcony, great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The rooms are a little tired looking and could do with an update (floor chipped and smoke detectors were covered in plastic for some reason), the main living area not very cosy and could’ve been furnished a little better. Comfy beds though and good water pressure in shower. Cleaners thew away my contact lens case which was a little annoying. Kids enjoyed the pool, we were there in July and it was very busy towards the end of the day but could always find a sun lounger. Breakfast was good with lots of options."

Paulo was extremely effective with communication and always in timely fashion.The home was extremely spacious with great amenities, and the location was perfect for our needs where we can travel to a variety of sites around Portugal.The location of the home is very quiet and comfortable."
