「It’s a great central location, we had one of the Junior suites which had a king size bed, a separate sitting area and a massive shower room. A beautiful period building with just 10 rooms. The reception staff were all very helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue, if you needed good broadband connection, was the speed. WiFi coverage was ok but the speed was very poor.」

「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. 」

The rooms although not huge are a good size with confortable beds and yes comfortable pillows too ! Loved the rooftop pool area that makes you feel even closer to the impressive Cathedral . 「Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. 」

「The property is very centrally located near to the cathedral but it is also very noisy at night in spite of double glazing. In my friend’s room, the TV channels were not available and the safe was broken for the whole duration of our stay. The staff were apologetic and helpful. The breakfasts were basic to say the least. We left a day earlier than planned. I would definitely avoid using this hotel again.」
