Costa di Sognu, a private 3 hectare site with breathtaking views of the authentic village of Costa, in Balagne, welcomes you in a relaxing green setting.

Attached to the hill, with its bell tower and at the bottom of the postcard, you will be intoxicated by the smells of the maquis, charmed by the exotic setting and the landscaped gardens, you will be able to discover multi-hundred-year-old olive trees, palm trees and more than 170 species of plants.

At the top of the property is a heated swimming pool with views of the maquis and the sea. And for total well-being, a spa is available at an additional cost. In this enchanting setting, Costa di Sognu offers you 1 chalet with mezzanine.

You will therefore be ideally situated to explore Balagne, its fine sandy beaches with lagoon blue waters, its old villages clinging to the mountains, its religious heritage, and the bustle of its towns of Calvi and Ile Rousse.

Wir genossen schöne Tage in der kleinen Anlage Costa die Sognu, am Berg schön gelegen. Ein wunderschöner Blick auf ein ausladendes grünes Tal und in der Ferne ist das Meer zu sehen. Vogelgezwitscher begleitete uns in der entspannenden Ruhe anfang Mai. Ein bisschen abseits liegt das Refugium, mit den Vorteilen der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Ein Milan schwebte immer wieder über uns, und sogar einen Wiedehopf war kurz zu sehen. Ein schöner Pool kann benutzt werden.Ein freundlicher Empfang von einem Kompetenten Eigentümer bzw. Verwalter. Sogar Wlan gabs, was in Korsika noch nicht selbverständlich ist.Man kann auf der Holzveranda bei schöner Aussicht das Frühstück, das Abendessen genießen. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Häuschen für 2 Personen nur weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à COSTA. Hébergement insolite mais avec toutes les commodités et le plus : proche de la piscine. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. N'hésitez pas.

Tout est parfait,la formule chalet nous convient parfaitement.la proximité de la piscine a un inconvénient le manque de calme à certaines heures mais devient vite un atout quand on peut en profiter aux heures creuses ..la vue, le village , la famille Fabrizio,nous reviendrons !

De rust de natuur de geur de privacy de uitzichten de inzichten de keuken de gite het bed de nachten de ochtenden de middagen de omgeving het beheer van het terrein met fantastische vegetatie vruchten en groenten de ezels de bibliotheek de wasruimte het zwembad met vele terrassen het was allemaal grandioos en veel meer dan dat. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, mon épouse et moi même dans cette location (petit chalet) : le calme, la piscine à dix mètres, dans un cadre superbe. Bastien et Jean pierre sont des personnes très attachantes. Tous le nécessaire en commun : machines à laver, bibliothèque, machine à glaçons, etc.... Nous y reviendrons et nous conseillons cette location.

nous avons loué ce chalet pour une semaine, dépaysement total, a 10m de la piscine, il ne manque rien,il y a même un frigo américain qui distribu des glaçons, une terrasse pour déjeuner dehors et profiter de la vue,la douche est spacieuse,il ne manque rien niveau accessoires de cuisine, un barbecue électrique est disponible ainsi qu'un grille pain, nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine et nous y reviendrons sûrement.. on a trouvé notre havre de paix..
