We had stayed in this property many years ago. We decided that my wife and my son would stay here for a couple of nights before joining us on a college campus visit. when they arrived, they were given a room that was near swimming pool generators/water treatment/etc. and room was extremely noisy. My wife called reception and asked to get a different room, the lady said no way. My wife went downstairs again and there was some other gentleman at the desk, my wife asked for a different room and the gentleman gladly obliged and gave her a different room. She was happy with the new room. Later she told me that the hotel has run down a lot since we stayed there last time (years ago), that there have been no updates to things there, and hotel looks outdated and old everywhere. I don't think we will stay in this hotel again (which sucks because this is my favorite location, near everything for us.)

Power washed the front drive at 9pm at night. Couldn’t sleep and had very early meeting. Main areas are nice. Rooms are terrible, old dark and musty.

I highly don’t recommend I left some boots and they went to go clean my room next thing I find out my boots were gone so don’t leave nothing behind or else it’ll get stolen

Deceiving situations
I was not explained that I have to pay extra $36/ day for the garage fees. Its cery expensive for 4 days. The refrigerator does not get cold enough

Amy,We regret your stay did not meet your expectations. The parking fee is in line with the hotels in the area and is charged to every guest. The information is on our website and is also included in the information that we provide to Expedia. I do apologize that the refrigerator in your rooms was not immediately replaced.

Property is good. Unfortunately my room seemed infested with bed bugs that the managers here seemed to either not care about or not believe me. I didn’t realize the bites until that night when I really looked down at my ankles and legs which is where most of the bites were. I looked like I was attached by mosquitos for the next week. I called and told them. They questioned me like I was crazy. I don’t know if they ever checked it out. They said they would and then be in contact but no one ever called me back. Not sure if they did but certainly hope they checked this out. Hoping no one else stayed in that room after me.

The ice machines were removed during Covid. In order to get ice you need to go all the way to the Lobby and get ice from Starbucks. The room was roomy but restroom could have been a little cleaner.

I booked a room to stay in after my company's holiday party. when we got to our room, the shower's handle was broken and on the floor. The bathtub floor was filthy and the room was not at all as advertised. When I went to use the phone to call the front desk, it was broken. I had to go all the way back to the lobby and wait in line to speak to the receptionist and let her know what we had found. Although very sweet, she did not really empathize with our situation. I had wasted about 40 minutes dealing with all of this and had limited time to get ready for the holiday party. She moved us into another identical room, still not like the one I booked. The bathtub was still filthy and from the room's view, we could see that many other rooms had giant cracked windows. Also, the elevator did not work and skipped our floor 3 times. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The next morning we quickly checked out and left even though we had been planning to eat at the restaurant. Will not stay here again.
