“If you are traveling as a family of more than four people, I strongly recommend reserving your tables in advance. Due to the restaurant’s layout and seating arrangements, tables cannot easily be joined together. Unfortunately, this made our first day quite unpleasant, as we were unable to have breakfast together as a family. The evening before, we also had to insist and advocate for a table that could accommodate all six of us. Apart from this issue, the rest of our stay was pleasant. The hotel……

“Amazing hosts. Breakfast made to order. Francisco saw that I wasn't a fan of egg dishes and made me little crepes with dulce de leche. Amazing!”

“Como siempre estuvo excelente la atención, las comodidades, la piscina, aunque la piscina temperada no estaba en temperatura adecuada el primer día. Como recomendación los días de semana podrían estar un poco más económicos que el fin de semana. Estuvimos casi solos en el hotel, pero Los costos habían sido a precio regular alto.”

“The photos of this property on Expedia are very old and misleading. The shower curtain had mold on it and the property was run-down. There is water damage throughout. I would not recommend.”

“Very clean and well maintained property. Staff was helpful and accommodating. View from the property to the bay was excellent with a beautiful sunset. Restaurant food and bar was very good, very fresh and tasty.”

“Renovation crew left lots of dust in the hand rails and. All over the. They gave us drink tickets and they run out of psico. They gave us rum with coke ( we have to ask for it) breakfast starts a 7:30 am not 7am as they told us. Hopefully they will get better since the location has lots of potential but not management involved in making sure guests are enjoying the stay.”

“The hotel is not what we were told. There were no covers on the windows, the pool is under construction. We were misled on this hotel. Very disappointing. The only saving grace was the nice ladies who brought the coffee in the morning. The hotel should not rent until the property is ready.”

“Good location right across from Cruz del sur bus station. Rooms all face a very long lap pool and the ocean . Room seemed recently painted and fixed up. Bath room sink leaks water as u wash hands. Walls a bit thin. But overall a comfortable stay. Good buffet selection at breakfast. ”

“Lo positivo: se puede usar la cocina y hay nevera. Lo negativo: La piscina es nominal Las habitaciones dan al patio lo que expone al ruido de los que llegan tarde, salen pronto o simplemente son maleducados y gritan. Entra mucha luz en las habitaciones”
