「The staff is outstanding and the lunch/dinner restaurant is very good. The rooftop is beautiful. My room was fine but had only one small window and no view. The location is close to the main hiking trails, and away from the crowds, but not on the water.」

「From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel.」

「This is a beautiful property with direct access to the beach although it’s quite a trek down a large flight of steps. Beautifully manicure gardens though. Breakfast was amazing also. The one thing that I found surprising is that the walls and ceilings seem a little bit thin. We could hear footsteps and other noise from the room above us very clearly.」

「We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. 「Very nice staff. Hotel's swimming pool, bar , restaurant are fabulous. Very close to train station and beach. Highly recommended specially you are planning to visit Cinque Terre.」

「You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD. This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location You really need to tell the truth. The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay.」
