Ferienhaus mit gutem Erholungswert

Die alte Mühle ist mit viel Liebe und wahrscheinlich viel Arbeit liebevoll restauriert worden. Bedingt durch die etwas abseits gelegene Lage ist man vom übrigen Touristentrubel weg und man kann wunderbar entspannen, trotzdem erreicht man nach ca. 2 Km den Ort. Der Garten ist für ein Ferienhaus sehr großzügig und schön angelegt und um das Haus gibt es mehrere Terrassen, die je nach Tageszeit zum verweilen einladen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit.

Indbegrebet af et autentisk hus i bjergene. Lille snæver vej føre op til et skønt stort hus. Huset havde alt hvad man har brug for. Små hyggelige terrasser, område med liggestole. Helt privat væk fra naboer og larm.

Zauberhaftes Grundstück

Die umgebaute Mühle wurde liebevoll renoviert. Es gibt einen Kaminofen (samt Brennholz), der benutzt werden kann. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und es gibt viele Plätze und Terrassen mit Gartenmöbeln, wo man sich im Schatten oder in der Sonne entspannen kann. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert.

Charakteristisches altes Steinhaus nahe Meer

Die Ölmühle aus 1500 wurde unter bestmöglicher Bewahrung der alten Struktur vorbildlich restauriert und zu einem schmucken Ferienhaus umgewandelt. Die Lage mitten in der Natur wirkt völlig abgeschieden, es sind aber trotzdem nur 2 km ins Dorf bzw. Meer. Um der (Luft-)Feuchtigkeit im Haus aufgrund der alten Steinmauern und der Lage direkt am Fluß (speziell im unteren Bereich) beizukommen, stellt die Vermieterin einen Luftentfeuchter zur Verfügung, der gute Dienste leistet.

Sehr schöne alte Mühle, direkt...

Sehr schöne alte Mühle, direkt am Bach in idyllischer Natur. Unser Kinder (3 & 5) hatten viel Spaß am Bach, die Hunde haben sich auch wohlgefühlt. Reisetipps: Bussana Vecchia ist ein ehemals zerstörtes Dorf, heute von Künstlern besiedelt. Sehenswert, man kann am Ortanfang gut Essen und die Aussicht bis ans Meer genießen.Oberhalb von Pietrabrunna kann man sehr schön Wandern.

Schon bei der Ankunft war ich ...

Schon bei der Ankunft war ich bezaubert. Alleine die Zufahrt zur Mühle ist an Romantik nicht zu übertreffen. Dann das herzliche Willkommen der Eigentümer und die Mühle an sich. Herrlich! Der ideale Platz zum Entspannen, um Ruhe zu finden und in sich zu gehen, lesen, träumen, Seele baumeln lassen. Und meine Hunde waren im Paradies! Wunderbar und ich komme sicher wieder. Reisetipps: Tolle Wanderwege finden sich nach kurzer Fahrt bei Santa Brigida (5km von Civezza entfernt) und auch im Hinterland von SanRemo (30 Minuten Fahrzeit) in San Romolo gibt es wunderbare, einsame und traumhafte Wanderrouten.

Ein authentisches, altes Haus,...

Ein authentisches, altes Haus, stilecht restauriert und mit antiken, italienischen Möbeln ausgestattet–liebevoll bis ins Detail. Eingebettet in die Natur, in der Nacht gibt es Froschkonzert, der Bach plätschert an den alten Mauern entlang. Urige Küche aus dem Fels gehauen.alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht, sowie einmal zur Autovermietung nach Imperia chauffiert. Er ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter , freundlicher Gentleman. Der Olvenhain um das Haus herum bietet viele idyllische Plätzchen in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Apfel und Kirschbäume, Rosmarinhecken, Qualquappen im Bach und Eidechsen die sich in der Sonne wärmen erfreuen das Herz. Man fühlt sich wie ein Jahrhundert zurückversetzt–herrlich!!!Ein romantischer Ort an dem man zur Ruhe kommt. Reisetipps: Das Örtchen San Lorenzo al Mare bietet gute kleine Trattorien direkt am kleinen Hausstrand. Die beste Eisdiele ganz Liguriens ebenfalls dort. Fahrradstrecke auf der verkehrsberuhigten Via Aurelia bis San Remo. Im Hinterland urige Bergdörfchen zu erwandern wie Linguigletta, Cipressa oder Costarainera. Mit dem Bus ist man ganz schnell in Imperia, wo 2 mal wöchentlich Markt ist.Ligurien von seiner schönsten Seite, besonders in der Nebensaison.
