Apartment Alissa with Pool
- Just a few steps from Lake Garda, this welcoming apartment represents the ideal choice for those who wish for a holiday characterised by relaxation and nature, without sacrificing the comfort of services and the attractions of the area.
From here you can easily reach renowned locations such as Bardolino and Lazise, with their characteristic historic centres and excellent restaurants, whilst San Zeno di Montagna offers over 200 km of routes immersed in nature, perfect for trekking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and cycling, up to the foothills of Monte Baldo.
The Residence, where the apartment is located, is composed of 8 units and is accessed via a driveway gate that leads to the private garage. From the garage, you reach the apartment situated on the 1st floor.
Living Area
The apartment welcomes guests in a spacious and bright living room with open-plan kitchen, furnished with modern and functional taste. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and all necessary comforts.
The living area is enhanced by a large sofa, flat-screen TV and a pleasant dining area with modern table, perfect for convivial moments.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a room with two single beds and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
The washing machine is located in a space on the balcony.
Outdoor spaces
The spacious covered terrace, with views of the swimming pool and surrounding greenery, is furnished with a modern table for 4 people.
Within the residence, guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, shared with only a few other units, ideal for cooling off on summer days and relaxing surrounded by greenery.
Sun loungers can be taken to the pool but must then be returned to the apartment.
A short distance away you will also find the famous Gardaland Resort, while art cities such as Verona (30 km) and Venice (145 km) are easily reachable for unforgettable excursions.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Pool
Die Wohnung sieht aus wie neu, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Luxuriöses Apartment mit Pool. Einzig die Lage ist nicht besonders gut. Man benötigt ein Auto um überall hinzu kommen.

Top Appartement
Selten ein so geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement gemietet. Die Küchenausstattung war top. Der Pool ein Traum und die ruhige Lage hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und im Hinterland des Gardasees gab es viel zu erleben,Zwei ohne den Rummel der am Gardasee herrscht. Der Agenturservice war kompetent und auf zack. Alls in allem ein toller Urlaub.
Zwei der Sonnenliegen sind defekt und müssen erneuert werden. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.
