The living room is 43m². The living room has a sitting area with satellite TV and a separate dining table. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. The bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 single wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. In front of the house is a terrace with garden furniture and a small barbecue for relaxing in the evening. The house has a fireplace for heating on cold days.   For short-term bookings, the additional costs are included.   For long-term bookings from 5 days / 4 nights, the additional costs will be charged additionally: Water 18.30 € per m³ Stron 0.34 € per kWh wood (per consumption) When booking and before arrival or on arrival, a deposit of € 250 due.

It is characterized by its quiet location in this forest. In diverse nature and fresh forest air can do many different things, such as cycling and hiking to Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Wörlitzer Park, Oranienbaum, Dessau, in the Dübener Heide or trips to Berlin, Leipzig or Potsdam.   Upon arrival, a security deposit of € 250 is due. For short-term bookings, the additional costs are included. For long-term bookings from 5 days / 4 nights additional charges are charged on the spot: Water 18,30 EUR per m³Strom 0,34 EUR per kWh wood (depending on consumption)
