「Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this.」

The place is 2 minutes from the airport, has a swanky pool with vanishing edge, 2 well equipped bars, nice restaurant with excellent food... the entire place has an understated chic atmosphere... the staff was very attentive and helpful, top notch all around. 「Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website.」
