「We had the best time in our first time at Cotter! The house has a large circle drive which is great for a boat and larger vehicles. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Super clean place. The kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the multiple decks. One that was enclosed with a large table. There is a pass through from the kitchen that made it easy to get food to and from. AND another deck with a beautiful view!!! We loved every minute!! The neighbor is crazy- just...

「Dean and Carla are great host! The cabin and yard are spacious, perfect for families. You cannot beat the location right by the White Hole boat ramp and bank fishing. Check in and out is seamless and the place has all the amenities you could ask for. We will be back!」

「Great location and layout but i would not recommend it for groups larger than 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms that show 2 beds in each which is technically accurate but the rooms are extremely small especially when trying to use the beds. The other limitations are the 2 pullout couches in the basement cannot both be used at the same time as the room is not large enough for that. All of the indoor and outdoor spaces are great and we enjoyed our stay but it is not one i would select for large...
