“The Hamilton beach front rooms have a gorgeous view looking out toward St. Kitts but the property needs a lot of maintenance and clean up.”

“I like staying at this place, but I wish they would replace the shower faucets. I was in room 210 and the faucet gave me hells to turn. When my wife went to shower, I had to help her turn on the shower faucet because it just won't turn easily. on top of that, the hot and cold function is all messed up. So, I would advise them to please go through the rooms and fix these small things. But apart from that it's a very nice place close to the beach and the water is epic.”

“Central location in the city, entrance not in ground level so prepare to climb some stairs”

“Facing the Atlantic Ocean, I can hear the sound of waves lulling me to sleep at night, which helps me sleep very well. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me.”

“Loved my room and enjoyed my few days on the property. It was quiet due to it being low season. I did appreciate the respect having a restaurant on site that serves local Caribbean food. There is nothing worse than a property only having “continental” food and not proving an opportunity to enjoy local cuisine. The staff were all friendly and helpful anytime I had a question. They were great about booking transportation and excursions for me.”

“This was my second time staying here. I love the friendly, local feel compared to high end "American" style resorts. This small resort is on the Caribben side of the island with much calmer and pleasant waters than the Atlantic side. No meals are included but there is a reasonable restaurant/bar on-site. In addition there are a number of beachside restaurants/bars easily walkable. The staff couldn't have been better. They were friendly, available for help with baggage, answer questions, call……
