While you enjoy this bright corner quarter acre nestled in the cozy Cottonwood mountains, just minutes from many amazing adventures from shops in Old Town Cottonwood to art in Jerome, and the riding the Verde River Greenway. Or check out the infamous red rocks at Slide Rock, and scenic Devils Bridge then finish through the canyons of the Verde Canyon Railroad.

This retreat is a homestead meets beach vibes created for a peaceful fun stays known as the Chill Pad!

With bright colors and new everything throughout, its easy to feel good vibrant energy, while your vacationing, unwinding or even working.

This simple, low maintenance, comfy and clean getaway is waiting for your time to relax and chill or get out and find adventures. Just 20 minutes from the red rocks of Sedona and Jerome makes this the perfect homebase for all of the things to enjoy here in beautiful central Arizona.

Guests have access to the the whole home and property. 1-2 night stays have access to every room in the house minus the pantry and garage. For 3 or more night stays have access to the garage with washer and dryer available for use.

RV dump and hookup available for an additional fee.

all the neighbors show kindness but keep to themselves pretty much:) The neighborhood and roads are great for walks and there's a lot hilly roads that might be fun if you skate or bike. We are at the top of the hill corner lot:) We have Rv space with hookup and dump.

The home has great space inside and out with fun things offered if youre staying in. We're conveniently right next door to a Walmart if you need groceries or anything.

For the winter, we use the space heaters and the woodstove fireplace to warm the house,there's a space heater for each bedroom available.

Is best by vehicle if headed to Sedona or bike if getting in touch with Cottonwood.

Please welcome yourself to the property and furnishings. Please be respectful and courteous while enjoying the pad.

You are welcome to enjoy the coffee bar and condiments for coffee and also feel free to use the spices and olive oil if you cook. Kitchen is fully stocked and is available for light use. Refrigerator had community use condiments and 6 water bottles provided for each stay. Additional water and beverages may be available for an additional cost

You are welcome to use the cleaning supplies on hand. Fresh bedding, and additional Linens are available for longer stays. Pellet fireplace and popcorn maker have additional instructions before use.
