“The management agent/host was very responsive. That’s the only positive thing I have to say. The house was old. We knew that going in. We expected that it would at least be reasonable maintained. It wasn’t. Not even close. There were so many things wrong with this home. The oven stopped working. Stove only partial worked. Many of the kitchen floor tiles were cracked. Dishwasher not secured. Casement windows couldn’t be opened as mechanism was stripped. Main kitchen was poorly lacking……

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the beautiful property. There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to gather and sleep. “When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……

"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience! On a brighter note, the front desk staff were incredible. Their service was top-notch and made our stay truly special. My children and I had an unforgettable time here. Highly recommended for the service alone!"
