Some good and some not so much

The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the large size fridge and microwave. The stove did not work and there is no coffee pot in the room.

Nice and comfortable for being a lil small hotel and a great price because to be honest right now everything is going up in price. But better then what I thought it was going to be.

Nothing unique. Just looking for an inexpensive, descent place to stay for one night. This place had a smell of Clorox, the sheet did not look like they had been changed from the prior occupants, there was hair on the pillow, the sink faucet was not attached to the vanity top, the ceiling in the bathroom is about to collapse any moment and the microwave had chunks of nuked food all over the inside. Oh, the soap was half eaten by something. Other than that, it was great.

lucky I don't like foul language

Started off with the attempt to swindle me out of more money claiming I wasn't charged. When I showed the bank statement, I was treated very disrespectful and quickly to get out. No WiFi password given and the advertised iron was not a available. Upon entering the door was obviously broken into before and not fixed (photo will not load). No mini bottles of shampoo or soap available except for the hand washing sink. On that note, I saved a single online and was given a double and asked if I preferred smoking our nonsmoking. What is the point of going online if I'm treated like a brand new arrival? Finally, I accidentally locked myself out at 4 a.m. andwent to the office to request another key. He didn't even ask for proof just the room number and handed me a new card. What if I was going to another individuals room? Overall, horrendous and creepy.

Weekend in Cotulla

This was a business trip so bells and whistles were not necessary. The room was comfortable and clean and the owners were hospitable. There is no reason I would give not to stay there in the future. Price was okay, WI-FI worked. The wife may have not been impressed, so for basics there are no complaints.

THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, I ASKED THE MAN CAN HE PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE I COULD NOT STAY IN THAT ROOM AND HE ADVISED ME HE WOULD BUT WHEN I LEFT HE CALLED AND ADVISED ME HE WOULD REFUND IT AFTER I LEFT AND BOOKED ANOTHER ROOM.
