The room and the building in general are in terrible condition and the staff make little effort to keep tbe building clean. For our room in particular, our TV didn't work the entire time we stayed and the front desk tried to fix then said they would have someone out ASAP to look at it. Nobody ever did show up. Smoke detector was covered in trash bag, handle on the window was completely broken off and left on the window sill, the outlet plate covers were almost all broken, one of the sinks was broken, there were splashes of an unknown liquid dried to the walls and the main door, no way to lock the door, the pool is closed permanently, despite there being signage advertising the pool, stains all over the carpet/towels/ceiling/ walls, numerous burn marks throughout the room on walls and carpets, huge hairball left in the drain of the bathtub, etc. Staff was very rude anytime we politely tried to bring up our concerns or ask for help in fixing things. Breakfast on day 1, the guy told us they did not serve waffles anymore even though the waffle maker was still on the counter, so your only options were cold cereal, toast or bagels. You could also have a yogurt. Day 2 with breakfast, there was a different person at the front desk and they had the waffle maker set up and going as well as the stuff to make the waffles. We stayed here about 2 years ago and had a great experience, so that is why we chose to go back, but we will not be returning. This place was absolutely terrible.

The room was NEVER cleaned. Had previous visitors trash in the drawers eeww. Toilet never stopped running. Room smelled and was dark. One female worker tried to fight with us on making us pay for our Emotional Support Animals and they were shown the documents the night before when we checked in. I will NEVER COME BACK and I wint be telling people about the horrible place and terrible customer service.

Room had some issues, walls had some holes and were recently painted but a different color in patches. Lamp looked like it was punched through so the bulb housing was out of place. And the shower could not run through the shower head, it could only run through the bottom nozzle and the shower head at the same time so the tub filled up really fast.

Normally i would leave no review rather than a negative review but my experience at this hotel was nowhere close to welcoming. The Room did not include all amenities as advertised but included many unwelcoming surprises including broken outlets, broken lamp shades, broken desk, and damaged ac unit. Bedding had blood on it along with dead cockroaches on the top of the headboard. Hand towels were filthy and cupboards and drawers were full of crumbs. The hallway entrance directly outside the hotel room door welcomed us with severly water damaged ceilings that have began falling apart. I checked into my room and when seeing the shape the room was in I got an uber and only stayed long enough for the uber to arrive and take me elsewhere. When attempting to request a refund i informed the receptionist of the pictures i had taken and the issues with the room and she became very disrespectful and blamed the conditions of the room on me (I was only in the room for less than an hour) and denied my refund. Growing up we celebrated borthdays at this hotel everg year and now I wouldnt recommend it even if it was an only option.

The room was dirty. It had no pillows and had no shower curtain and had stains all over the carpet. I went and switched rooms. The room was somewhat cleaner, but had a door that would not shut properly and had a window that it looked was pride open, and would not shut so cold air was coming in. I realize this is a cheaper hotel. And I don’t expect five star service. But I do expect it to be clean at least. There was also no apology or hardly anything said when I asked for pillows or to switch the room because it was so dirty terrible customer service from the front desk.

Room Was Horrible- Broken Lamp Shades, Patch Holes on the walls, Stains on the Sheets, Beds hard as a rock, No Blankets on the bed just a Sheet , very dirty Carpet, Pool was closed and look horrible, Mold on the ceiling on the first floor, Windows broke out of some of the rooms. No Coffee pot in the room like it said. No hot water for Showers. Stay far away from this hot not even worth the $50 a night Stay far away. By 9 am no food left for the Breakfast. Stayed one night cause it was late and got refunded for the second night. Will never be back to this place ever ever again.

Went to check in and the staff member was in a room on facetime on a laptop computer so had to wait. The first room they gave me the window was broken and food left in the refrigerator. So, I got another room and that room hadn't been cleaned. I had to clean it up before my family and I could even stay in it. There was also food left in the refrigerator and freezer, trash on the floor, mold in the corner of the room just down right disgusting!

We had paid for the room on Expedia and when we got into the room, we were truly disgusted of the condition of the room, multiple health and safety concerns including the fire alarm not installed. The lamp was torn apart with the cord sitting freely on the floor, not plugged in, and the lampshade was stuffed in between the couch in the wall. there was also multiple damaged spots on the wall, couch and floor. The handlebar in the bathtub was missing and there were two decent damage spots in the tub as well. The sheets were not clean as there are spots on them.
