「I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues 」

Staff are great, Rob sent us details of how to get in also left tea coffee milk and biscuits definitely will be back next year. 5 star accommodation 」
