“Initial contact wasn’t good. I contacted the hotel before travelling. Told them would be there at around 03:00. I was told to use intercom. It didn’t work. Apparently I should have been given a code but still wouldn’t have my key. Luckily I had family in Deva. Next morning trying to check in I was shouted at by a very rude desk lady whilst trying to explain. I had no paperwork from Expedia. So had to manually fill out forms. Got my key but took 3 days to get front door code. Breakfast was……

“Hotel exceptionnel !! Mais les installations du spa n’était pas en fonction lors de notre séjour. Sauna sec et humide et le jacuzzi non ouvert. Super belle vue et restaurant délicieux.”
