「We very much appreciate Linda agreeing to facilitating 3 couples in the accommodation.
Linda's response time on our queries was good.
Unfortunately the water heater for showers did not work on our arrival, However, Linda arranged to send out a repair person and the system was up and running within an hour. Unfortunately the same problem occurred the following day and again we had to wait for a repair person to come out. The unit needs replacing not repairing」
