"I made a reservation for this property in November 2024 for a rental date of 09/26/25. After I contacted the host for check in instructions on the morning of our arrival date, I was informed that the property was unavailable and my reservation was cancelled. I never received any correspondence from the host previously to my check in date. I believe that this is an unprofessional manner of conducting a rental business and it reflects poorly on VRBO. While enroute to Paris, we were forced to...

"I stayed there on business as I did not want to stay in Paris central, a very quaint little hotel with lovely helpful staff. Surrounding amenities are sparse but there is a nice little bar with attached shop, again friendly staff. I did eat in the hotel the first night and was given lovely homemade food with a beer. Breakfast is as expected with lovely warm bread and butter. Wi-Fi is hit/miss however on my second evening I was given a dongle for my room that worked perfectly well for my needs."

"We were able to book the space with short notice and were surprised at just how lovely it is. I wish we would’ve chosen this as a base home for our travels the entire trip. Cosy but modern. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rural location when we were touring Europe.
The peaceful and quiet rooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of rustic charm which we found endearing.
Thank you Anne and Clement for your hospitality.

"The hotel was ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris with free shuttle bus to Parks. Although the buses are often busy and packed.
Although we were not due to check in until 3pm - the kind lady on reception allowed us access to 1 of our 2 rooms booked.
The room was clean although carpets were old and worn.
We opted to not have our room cleaned for our 5 night stay and expected a gift at the end of our stay as compensation for not using the room service and help by reusing towels. We were disappointed to find a voucher in the room bag on the last night for a free cocktail or free buffet meal yet we had to checkout of the hotel at 6am on the day of departure so couldnt use the vouchers.
The bar food is limited especially for children. Fried chicken or gnocchi.
The indoor and outdoor pools were an added bonus and ideal for the children.
The Buffet Breakfast was okay - decent juice, coffee, pastries and croisants. Hot food offering - bacon, sausages and scrambled egg looked okay but I didnt try these.
Didnt try the evening buffet meal at the restaurant but it did look okay and was a set price."
The Jangle Hotel - Paris - Charles de Gaulle - Airport
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was very clean and comfortable, everything in the room was brand new and spotless, with the biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the coffee station in the room. I ate at the hotel restaurant twice and the food was very good, although the menu options are somewhat limited. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and very efficient. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use the pools! I would definitely stay here again."
"This bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve stayed in thru our current travels across Europe. The bathroom was tight which I didn’t care for. Loved it had a decent sized fridge and a kitchen area. Lots of space for all our luggage. The water bottle refill station by elevator was extremely useful! Loved that! Shuttle took us to Disneyland but check the schedule for how often it runs. It takes a long break mid day and we had to uber back because we were hot and tired and ready to go. Parking was easy. The glass near the beds were cool because we got to watch a crazy thunder and lightning storm one night!
Definitely stay here again."
"Our stay was enjoyable overall, but for a premium-priced, world-class resort, the service lacked the consistency I expected. Having just sailed on Disney Cruise Line from Barcelona to Italy, where the hospitality was exceptional, the contrast was noticeable.
The highlights were excellent. Frederica at the front desk was outstanding—professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. Our quiet garden-view room with a private patio was perfect for relaxing after long park days. Security throughout the resort was exceptional, breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked well, and most Cast Members spoke excellent English. Uber Eats proved to be the easiest way to get meals, as room service is limited to breakfast. If your budget allows, Premier Access is absolutely worth it.
The weaknesses were mostly operational. Early check-in was promised but our room wasn’t available until 3:00 p.m., with little communication. Housekeeping was inconsistent, especially on our final day. Shower pressure was poor, hot water was difficult to regulate, Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the lack of a refrigerator was surprising at this price point. The pool is enjoyable but becomes crowded and heavily chlorinated during peak hours.
One tip for international visitors: begin every interaction with a friendly “Bonjour” and make an effort to speak a little French. We consistently found that this simple courtesy resulted in warmer, more helpful service.
Would I stay here again? Probably not. 6,5/10"
"The pictures of this hotel do not do this place justice. We stayed in July right at the start of the summer holidays. The hotel is situated a short walk from both the village and the parks. As someone who has visited disneyland Paris frequently and has even been an annual pass member I have never stayed in one of the main onsite Disney hotels (previous stays have been dream castle, magic circus, village nature and Davy Crockett) for us as a family of four his has been a game changer for location just to be able to come back to the hotel for a few hours in the hotter part of the day even outranks the ease of a Florida Disney park and we will definitely stay again."
