“A very attractive holiday home, set in lovely countryside.The accommodation is very unusual and quirky. Very spacious and comfortable bedroom and lounge/diner. However, there are a lot of steps to negotiate and the kitchen is very cramped, not suitable for preparing a large meal. The pool and garden area are pleasant. The owner is friendly and accommodating.”

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful château in the countryside of the Loire Valley. The host was welcoming & friendly and very informative, helping us with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see as well as some history on her home which has been in her family for 18 generations.
Having come from busy, crowded and loud Paris (which we loved as well), Château de la Giraudière was exactly what we needed next; quiet, fresh air and a small village environment. Our host and owner of this……

“Malheureusement le prix est vraiment exagéré par rapport à l’état de la chambre - moquette tachée, sale de bain peu pratique et isolation sonore moyenne - il faut réserver les restaurants à l’avance sous peine de devoir déjeuner très tôt et souper très tard comme il n’y a rien alentour. Mérite une petite revue du concept .
La piscine est chouette mais les remous et autres étaient toujours fermés lors de nos visites . On aurait aimé un apéro au bord de l’eau mais il n’y avait pas de service non……
