「Right across the river from the Musée de la Bande Dessinée! Requires a bit of an uphill hike to get to the center of town but there are also easy nearby bus stops to take you there. Service was fantastic, breakfast was tasty and the hotel is pretty neat. No AC though. 」

「The house is as stylish and capacious as the booking information suggests! We made full use of the cool indoor spaces and the pool during our stay at the height of a heatwave. Macqueville and the nearby villages are very quiet and we experienced the slightly unreliable hours of the village shop and restaurant. Booking there is essential. Also a special mention for Dave who was very helpful. 」

「The house was exactly as described, so very French. Well equipped for all members of the family, secure even for toddlers and the location was perfect.」

「There's such detail in La Paranthese. Attention paid to every detail of your spa stay from hot tub to stream room to message room (we only used the hot tub). Jimmy and Dorothee (she helps tremendously with English) are awesome. We thoroughly loved our stay and walked to our favorite cognac maker. Please stay here. It is very modern but incredibly LOVE -ly.」

「Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est propre. Elle n’est pas chauffée mais baignable sans problème en été. Les environs sont calmes et reposants. Tout le monde s’y retrouve : baignades kayaks vélo repos visites !」
