“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”

She really made us feel at home and was good referring transportation and places to go. Very safe location, room was clean and you have access to the kitchen and living room. “Very good location, have lots of delicious restaurant nearby. You don’t need to worry abt the room key since they will keep it when u go out. And the main door will lock in mid night, so u don’t need to worry abt the security. Same as previous comment, the room is quite small and you will hear your neighbour walking, talking since the wall is thin. The only thing I dislike is their hair dryer. The hair dryer need to keep pressing the button, which make me feel so annoying everyday. And the wire……
