If you are on a budget, check this hotel out. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means and the decor is dated but the rooms are very spacious and they were very clean.

It’s definitely no Hyatt but it’s a great little place. The staff is really really helpful and the free breakfast is really good. I think it feels more like home away from home than a hotel itself. This is my third time staying here and I like it for what it is.

It was surprisingly good; I stayed for two days, a layover, waiting for a flight. The breakfast tasted good, and the employees were actually really nice. The environment was shockingly quiet as well; for the sheer size of every room, I figured it'd be more active.

Breakfast was good. Staff at desk were helpful. Location was good. However there are a few negatives The room was never cleaned during our 10 day stay. The floor was dirty even on the day we started our stay. The cleaning crew did the bare minimum - change towels, put some drinking water bottles and neatened the bed. I wish they could have swept or mopped the floor at least every other day. I hate to ill speak the cleaning staff but their service was unsatisfactory

This is not a hotel, it should be labeled as a motel or a quick stop. The bathrooms were disgusting. We had to put on slippers to take a shower. It was black scum all over the bathroom tiles. Housekeeping came in every day and pulled the worn out blankets to neaten the bed but never really made the bed. The lighting is horrible. It’s just a dark gloomy room. I would never recommend this to anyone or ever stay there again. I would give this 0 stars. Because of the nature of my trip being for a funeral it was last minute and because of transportation I just had to stick it out. But if had the option to cancel I would have done so the first day. Even the outside of this place looks so run down and ghetto. DISGUSTING!

The location was convenient for me. Price was affordable and offered breakfast. The elevator was small but steps was the way for me. Shower door took some work to open and close. Rooms are big with 2 king beds so bring a friend. Security guard at nights. Very helpful staff. Will definitely consider Metro again for future trips. Thank you

The breakfast was great and delicious. The room was big. However, I found that when the staff made the bed. They didn't do it properly. Just kinda look like they did it in a rush and didn't take the time to do it. The lights in the room especially the bathroom are dim making it hard to see yourself in the mirror. We had a lizard and had to change rooms. They were very accommodating with this and gave us a new room immediately. Good stay would just have liked for more lights and time taken when cleaning.
