「Yosa will not respond to messages and will take questions that you may have while staying there as "complaining". Our stay was not a home away from home stay, there was no heat in the living room and kitchen area and bedroom in that section of the house. The bedrooms on the other end of the house gets hot while the other end is cold. Two days later after I kept mentioning the heat, she had someone bring over a brand-new space heater but did not work. "整體感覺很糟，前台人員除了第一天入住時接待的那位服務人員外，其他幾位都不太熱情，環保程度選擇太棒了是因為廁所衛生紙用完不會補，連毛巾收走後也沒有補足新的，連洗髮精也都沒有補充，所以環保上可以很諷刺的給滿分。第一天的房間門故障，無法正常開啟，隔天換一間房結果電視一直當機，真的不推薦這家飯店"
