The front desk staff is very good. But that’s it. The entire hotel smelled heavily of smoke. The room was falling apart, wallpaper ripped off, no cabinet doors, window would not shut. The two “beds” one frame had the mattress, the other one was just the box spring. Sheets ripped, light in entrance not working. Bathroom, just gross. Run, don’t walk away. Oh, the police showed up, five cars. As we are getting to our floor, they were escorting a man out in handcuffs. The other 6 people in the room kicked out and camping by the front door with their garbage bags of belongings.

I had a good stay and was made welcome. The location is great. The hotel is clean. The only issue was that it is a bit noisy. Loud talking or kids playing in the hall can be heard plainly.

Checked in after 10p.m. The desk service was quick, and gave needed info. On the I pad screen. Liked the room, and simple breakfast. Nice and quiet for a good night of sleep. Definitely a favorite place to stay in NKY

While I was looking for a place to allow for pets, I was more than a little surprised at how well the building and rooms were kept. In addition, I never heard anyone’s pets unless they were outside and I was outside too. The staff was. Very courteous and Friendly. In all, my only complaint was the lack of vegan selections in the vending machines. Otherwise, I was extremely impressed.
