I have never used an app to lock/unlock the front door to a rental property before, and I definitely experienced some hiccups with this process, but the property owner was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. “I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. We booked the house expecting 5 bedrooms, but were informed on the way there that only 3 would be available. That was a major change and not at all what we agreed to.Even worse, during our stay, the owner was walking in and out of the house unannounced.
